Refund & Cancellation Policy – TN SPWA

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a payment.
1. Membership Fees
All membership fees (Professional or Corporate) are non-refundable once paid.
TN SPWA does not offer refunds for membership cancellations initiated by the user.
2. Event/Workshop Fees (If applicable)
In case of cancellation by TN SPWA, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
If the member cancels participation, no refund will be provided unless explicitly stated in the event description.
3. Transfer of Membership
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another individual or organization.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only under exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
