Refund & Cancellation Policy – TN SPWA

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Membership Fees

  • All membership fees (Professional or Corporate) are non-refundable once paid.

  • TN SPWA does not offer refunds for membership cancellations initiated by the user.

2. Event/Workshop Fees (If applicable)

  • In case of cancellation by TN SPWA, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • If the member cancels participation, no refund will be provided unless explicitly stated in the event description.

3. Transfer of Membership

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another individual or organization.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
